Ladies help

So I’m only 13 I’ve had my period for about 2 years now and we all know with that comes body hair and shaving. I have shaving down for everywhere expected the you know nether region aka the pubes. When I shave I get irritation or I still have stubble once I’m out of the shower and I have this problem where I almost want to say my skin is like nearly see through because after I shave I can still see all the hair after I shave. Does anybody have tips on how to shave down there or get rid of the pubic hair at home. Any comments will help.
