Prolonged bleeding???

Ok so I’m on Depo shot and I just started this new acne med (minocyclin I think not sure how to spell it) and was told the acne med might make my birth control not work. So I was like yeah okay whatever I don’t need birth control anymore anyways so I just won’t get the shot anymore. (The last time I got the shot was in late May so I’m due for another one soon) anyways, I’ve been bleeding for about 3weeks-1 month now and I’m not sure what the cause of it is?? Do you guys think it could be the meds + the Depo shot? Should I see a doctor or just wait it out??

Edit: also have had some blood clots not huge ones tho
