How far away from baby time do you think I am?

I’m 37w + 1 day today
My dr said baby is SUPER down down low 
He is at a 0 station in my pelvis 
I am 60% effaced
And it was too risky to check to see how dilated I am because he was so low! 
My symptoms are I feel like I’m about to start my period for the past couple days I’ve woken up with period cramps and lower back pain .. also making very very frequent bowel movements...
How close do you think I am to meeting my son?

No way to know. And I’m not sure why he wouldn’t tell you your dilation. He has to put a finger in there to check to know you’re 60% effaced so that doesn’t make a whole lot of sense.

No way to know, you could still end up going over your due date. But your ob still has to go inside you to see if you’re effaced so I’m confused lol. I’ve had those symptoms for a couple days now and I’m dilated to a 1 currently at 35 weeks and my daughter is engaged into my pelvis as well, there’s no saying when labor is gonna happen.

Hopefully close! I’m 37 weeks tomorrow and was checked this morning.. 75% effaced and 2 centimeters dilated. He is also super low. My midwife had to go around his head to check for dilation lol
