Someone please help

I found out I was pregnant may 28th & started bleeding beginning of June my levels was at 193 than June 15 my levels went down to 32. I bleed for a week or more after that . Than stopped . Me & my fiancé did it a few times after I was done bleeding . July 16 I took a rest & it came up faint positive just took another one & than took another one & line seems darker. So my question is .. is this a new pregnancy or the same one from last time l
