Those are my only 3 options. 
I’m liking the spectra more based off the reviews and it’s a closed system where the medela isn’t. But I wouldn’t know what works best until i try. Help please lol.

I have the Spectra S2 and the Medela pump in style and the Medela empties me way better than the Spectra. I kept getting clogged ducts with Spectra. 
Make sure you have the proper fit on your flanges once you get either pump

I have the Medela and it does the job. I don’t like how the case doesn’t hold the cord and adapter or the flange-y things. I also wish there was an on/off button (rather than having to turn a knob for a level past 1) because when you’re holding bottles it’s easy to spill. It gets the milk out but doesn’t trigger a hard letdown like baby does.

I absolutely love my Spectra S1. It's so useful to take all over the house without having to be near an outlet, and it holds a charge for so many pumping sessions. Amazing!

I have never used a medela, so I can't compare to that, however I have both the Spectra S1 and S2 and absolutely love them! I used an Ameda Purely Yours with my first son and I hated it. The suction was very hard making pumping painful. I could never let down in a reasonable amount of time and it took me over 10minutes just to get an ounce. 
Wtih the Spectra, the difference is incredible. The suction is almost identical to a nursing baby, causing me to letdown withen the first minute and pumping FIVE ounces withen the first 5 minutes! I do need a smaller flsnge size that Sprectra does not make so I order my flanges and any extra back up pieces I may need through two suppliers on Amazon, Mamymon and NeneSupply.

I had the Spectra S1 and loved it. It wasn’t painful and I was able to pump quite a bit of milk quite quickly. It’s also cordless, which can come in handy. Closed systems are the way to go.

I paid extra for my Spectra and don’t regret it one bit. I had to use the hospital’s Medala when I had my daughter and my Spectra does a much better job emptying me in much less time. The only downfall for me with my Spectra is that you have to buy a bag for it separately. Otherwise I totally recommend it!

I like my Medella just fine, but I usually only pump once a day.
