Misoprostol working??

Question

Has anyone taken this for a MC (blighted ovum) and only passed small clots and tissue, but still didn’t have any retained tissue??
I have had MAJOR cramps, but yet to see a sac pass, like I did for my last MMC. This time I was only measuring 5w1d at my last scan (it decreased from 5w6d).
Freaking out as I REALLLLY don’t want a DNC 😰😞 Going to take second dose this am (Took 4 vaginally yesterday and was told to repeat in 24 hours if nothing - but I feel I haven’t bled enough compared to people’s stories)

Literally just did this. With my mmc there was a bunch of tissue. I was worried after the first dose of Misoprostal for the blighted ovum because I only had tiny chunks of tissue (less than pencil eraser size) and mostly blood. I took two more doses and still nothing. Three days after my third dose, I passed a finger sized piece of tissue, but that was way less than with my two mmc. I’m still bleeding two weeks after taking the first dose, so I went in to the doctor this morning. Everything passed and my uterus is back to empty.
I was a little over 6 weeks growth with the mmc, but the blighted ovum measured just over 5, so maybe there was just less to pass with a smaller sack and no fetus. I was definitely worried so going in for a follow up was definitely reassuring.

I didn’t bleed much at all after my six week miscarriage, it was literally only there when I wiped and went to the bathroom. I didn’t pass many clots or much tissue at all, I didn’t see a sac or anything. I didn’t fill a single pad. My 4 week loss was similar to a period. 
When it’s that’s early, there isn’t much to expel because things didn’t get very far. Definitely get checked out if you are worried but there simply may not have been too much to pass with a blighted ovum.
