Boyfriend has never made me orgasm

Weve been dating for close to seven months (technically around 9) and he has never made me orgasm. A couple times ive mentioned oral since we dont have foreplay (only for him-i give him oral and he barely touches me for like 30 sec) since i need clit stimulation. I think he thinks its gross or something because he wont go down on me. We have sex several times a day (not recently, i keep getting utis which if any of you have tips on besides peeing id greatly appreciate. Also we are apart for the summer since we are in college) and i am always left hanging, never orgasming. He also doesnt have the biggest penis and he doesnt last long at all (maybe 1-6 min on average). I am extremely dissatisfied and i lied once or twice when he tried really hard to last long and said i came when i didnt.

How do i bring up this issue?? I feel like he is very selfish in bed and i am always dissatisfied. Help! Thanks :)
