What to do after this baby

I’ll start by saying I’ll be 23 when this baby is born. She’s my second child and a while back, I was asked if I planned on getting my tubes tied after this baby. I have a 4 Month Old daughter as well.

At first I said no. But now I’ve been thinking a lot about it. I don’t like birth control. I’ve never really been on it ever. And I told my fiancé that I really don’t like condoms. It just doesn’t feel right with us. He already said he wouldn’t get a vasectomy.

Honestly I’m starting to wonder about tube tying. I honestly don’t think I can handle anymore pregnancies. I love my babies and honestly seeing them be born will be the highlight of my life. But emotionally I don’t think I can handle anymore. Not even mentally.

He already said nothing permanent. I know I’m only 23 but my PPD gets so bad, sometimes I wonder if I’ll even be here in a few years. I also know tubal ligation is a big thing and I should give it as much thought as possible.

I just don’t know☹️
