Swollen Vagina before labor?

So obviously my lady parts have been swollen most of pregnancy, especially being my second it seems to have swelled sooner. Well in the last 2 days it’s gotten REALLY swollen, I honestly didn’t think it could swell anymore. I’m talking to the point where I can’t wear leggings because not only are the lips swollen but even the part above directly under my belly is super swollen. She’s been “dropped” and head down for awhile, I know they say pressure will cause it but it’s been the same amount of pressure for a few weeks now. Just curious to hear if anyone remembers something like this a few days before labor!
