Feeling pain from the same side I ovulated from

Since ttc for so long (19months) I’ve become very in tune with my body and changes through out my cycle. I now feel my ovulation and the pain does alternate each month. Last month was right side, this month was left. So I never got my positive opk this month, but I got a very close and the next day did feel left side pain. I think my pee was too diluted for a pos opk, and it got fainter each day after that. So I marked that day as ovulation by cm and my cramping alone.

Starting 4dpo until now at 8dpo, I felt weird uterine pressure. Not quite cramps, not painful. Just present and unable to ignore.

Now today, 8dpo around 10pm, I got sharper pin pointed cramps again on my left side.

Praying it’s inplantation. Even praying for a little spotting because that would further persuade me.

My question is, those who felt their implantation, was it focused to the side you ovulated from? Or more centered?

Should I worry about possible ectopic pregnancy? I feel like I would need to be in agonizing pain for an ectopic... this is barely any pain so I do doubt that, but it’s on my mind...
