I'm freaking out. Is this a BFP or an evap?

I kept thinking I saw a line at the 3 minute mark, so I studied it for a couple minutes and pit it down, thinking maybe I was just imagining things. I came back to it 10 minutes later, and there's definitely something there. It looks brighter in person (sorry, phone camera sucks) but since it's outside the time frame by 10-20 mins, is it still a very very early bfp? Or do evaps happen that quickly? I'm 11 dpo and panicking. We had a miscarriage in January and have been trying for almost a year.
