I suffered from anxiety for years was on Xanax now I'm not on anything I don't how to go to my doctor all they keep saying is it's not good for the baby I know that but really need some type of medicine. Can't sleep not just from pregnancy but because of my condition

did your ob/gyn tell you this? if so you need to make an appointment with your specialist (whoever treats your anxiety) and ask them about what's safe to take or what other options you have to treat your anxiety.

also hyperventilating pretty bad have nothing to control I just think I should go in because I need to be treated sooner than later since being pregnant it seems everything out of control.

Yes I have I have go through a Therapist to get any thing for my anxiety I had another break down today me an SO got in you know being very hormonal I'm honestly thinking about just going to the hospital my asthma flared a bit in my inhaler expired because I've gotten pregnant I didn't need
