So a little back story on me I have PCOS i got diagnosed at 19, now 26, we decided to try for our first June 2015 it took 3 months of no ovulation and then I started metformin end of September and I ovulated in October and ended up pregnant but that ended in miscarriage after I stopped the metformin. I then went from November-July with no cycle and no ovulation and then within 2 weeks of starting metformin I ovulated and conceived my daughter(15m) I just recently got diagnosed with secondary endometriosis and once again no regular cycle and no ovulation. My last period was June 25th but that was birth control induced. My dr knows I won’t ovulate or cycle on my own so she started me on metformin and femera. I’m supposed to treat my first day as if I’m on day 3 of my cycle. Has anyone ever done this without a period?
