Devastated.......

No kids- went through years of trying, past year of fertility assistance, first IVF in June... got pregnant am 7 weeks 3 days today. Have been going weekly for ultrasounds, everything good... feeling great... BUT today’s ultrasound showed the baby hasn’t grown in the last week and it’s heart rate went from 90 (last week) to 75. I think they were trying to be nice and hopeful- I go back in a week... has anyone had a similar experience? I’d like to hear your story... happy ending or not so happy ending- please share.
