I just recently found out that I am pregnant! I should be 4+3 today.

I think that Babycenter and glow are getting to me because I feel absolutely terrified that this baby will not make it. I feel like I can't be happy about this wonderful thing happening to me until many many weeks from now when it is supposedly 'safe'. I know for someone my age (23) the chance of miscarriage is pretty low (10-15% hopefully) but it seems unreal that I may actually get to have a healthy baby next March.

If your frist pregnancy went okay and you had your first child okay (or if you're near full term and it's all good) could you please comment?
