Passed mucus plug.. how long til labor?

I know no one can give me an actual estimate but god it’s bothering me. I’m 39 weeks + 4 days. I’ve been having contractions but I’m having troubles timing them so I’m not too sure. This is my second, with my first I didnt get contractions until after my water broke. It’s frustrating.🙁
How do you friggen time them? Like I forget so easily.

I lost mine on a Friday night, had menstrual type cramps on and off all day Saturday and Sunday and started to feel contractions that were painful and had a pattern on Sunday night. Felt like someone was squeezing my insides.

I don’t know how to time them at this point I was told by er the other night that I was having contractions but I don’t feel them and I’m dilated to a 3 and 80% effaced

I totally give up on timing them😢😩I lost a big chunk of my mucus plug that was tinged pink last night, and then all day today I’ve had waves of severe tailbone pain, stomach tightenings and stabbing cervix pains that come and go. When I called L&D;(it was my first time calling about Labor) she just made me feel kind of stupid and said the plug wasn’t bloody show it was just the plug from Baby engaging, and the back pain is from that as well. Cervix pain is NOT. A contraction according to her, and tightening of the stomach is BH🤷🏻‍♀️And she was pretty rude which is weird cause the other times I’ve called for blood pressure issues the women have been sooooo nice!! Anyways, so sounds like my body is doing stuff, but that it literally means nothing. Pregnancy is dumb and I give up. 39+2 over here by the way. Due Wednesday

My Dr said time then from the start of when your stomach gets tight to when it stops. I use Ovia pregnancy to time mine. It's pretty easy. I didn't have contractions with my first until I was induced, so never had to time them. I've been having them since like 32-33 weeks this time.

Doesn’t really mean anything to lose it unfortunately. With my second I started losing it at 32 weeks and my third I started around 26 weeks, random chunks here and there. 36w&4d and still sitting here pregnant 🤷🏼‍♀️ lost some more this morning as well.

Mucus plug doesnt mean anything towards labor , some people dont even loose theirs at all. 
And theres apps that track your contractions and are pretty straight forward on how to use it . 
Im only 36 weeks and a ftm so im not sure how to track  besides with the app im sorry:(
