What could it be?

Samantha

I had a cp last cycle. I started having cramping by my right ovary a day or so before I found out I was pregnant. I went to the urgent care thinking I had appendicitis. Well that’s when I found out it wasn’t appendicitis but I was pregnant (June 30,2018). They said the cramping was normal. By July 6 my hcg levels dropped to 12. I still felt the cramping but just figured it was due to miscarrying. I also had an ultrasound done they said my ovaries and all looked good. I passed everything without needing a dnc. The cramping stopped right after I passed the clots. This past Monday the cramping came back. It stopped again. I had my follow up with my specialist he said everything was back to normal and he would think it’s ovulation cramping. Well I started feeling the same cramping yesterday and still feel it today. I have another appointment Tuesday. I’m seriously stressing myself trying to figure out what this can be. The cramping since day 1 felt just like ovulation cramps. But the day I found out I was pregnant it was pretty intense. It actually felt like it could have been my appendix. The doctor said my appendix is fine. And since I miscarried it does feel like ovulation. I know there’s no possible way to ovulate more than once in a month.
