Small clot

So went in for an early ultrasound because i had a miscarriage in 2014. I was measuring 5w6d. They found i believe some sort of clot in or on my uterus. Doctor wasn’t much help and didn’t do a good job of explaining it. Suggested no running,jumping or sex. Also mentioned it was very tiny.

I am wanting to exercise and have sex! She wasn’t going to even schedule me for a follow up ultrasound until we asked about it. Told me i could it whenever.

It seems to me that i should be able to exercise and have sex since she was not concerned about it and wasn’t going to do a follow up to see if it went away...so that’s like telling me no sex or exercise til end of pregnancy.

Any thoughts?
