Ovarian Cyst Help
So I think I have an ovarian cyst. Pain on the left side where my ovary is, not constant, but it becomes worse when I was bloated or wearing tighter pants. I already went to the doctor last week and made sure my IUD was in place and have an ultrasound scheduled for the 31st.
I just want some advice of anything I can do at home to help it heal or at least help it when it hurts. Any ideas?
