No fetal pole/ heart beat at 6 weeks

Hi everyone, I went to urgent care today because I had some bleeding & was very scared.... the bleeding has since stopped for now anyway but they said it may not be a viable pregnancy because according to the ultrasound tech/ nurse, there’s nothing visible inside the sack & they said at 6 weeks there should be.... it took several minutes to even find this & they said no heartbeat or fetal pole detected.... anyone ever been had this happen & later on had a better ultrasound with fetal pole/ heartbeat?

We went for follow up ultrasound & we have a heartbeat!!! They said that it’s extremely tiny and put my due date back from March 14 to March 22. I’m not understanding how I’m only 6 weeks today when I should have been 7 🤔 but everything looks great so far so we’re ecstatic!! 👶🏻 thanks for reading!
