Help please read post

I got my positive pregnancy test one day before missed period (picture below). I went in for blood work at 4 weeks and 0 days in which it came back at 4,958 and my fertility specialist scheduled me for First ultrasound in two weeks. This pregnancy was without any medicine and done naturally (by complete accident)

I’m very nervous because I don’t have any symptoms. Did anyone not have any symptoms and everything worked out for them??
