Mucas plug?

I'm 37 weeks and 2 days, for the oat two weeks my discharge had increased quite a bit. Every time I got to the loo and I wife myself I have a fair bit of discharge in my tissue. There was a point where I don't even have much discharge at all and now it's every time I go to the loo I have a fair bit of discharge. Is this my body getting ready to let my mucas plug come out?

this has been happening to me too but I am only 34 weeks! I have to change my undies 2-3 times a day lol

Towards the end you’ll have an increase in discharge, it doesn’t mean your mucus plug is getting ready to come out because a lot of girls never even lose theirs during the pregnancy and not til at the hospital when they’re actually in labor. You can also lose pieces of it throughout your pregnancy with nothing happening, I lost small parts of mine twice (27w & 30w), I’m 35w now and I just recently lost a huge part of it but still not in labor or anything. I noticed around 30w my discharge highly increased but my ob said it didn’t have anything to do with mucus plug, it had to do with my daughter getting lower/dropping.
