definitely go get that checked.
doesn't look like an allergic reaction, looks like a herpes outbreak.
Herpes is not included in standard STD testing and it can lay dormant for years not showing symptoms.

i have no idea but that looks terrible.  if you think it could be either one of those things stop using both and then see what happens
