13 month old is sick and won’t eat

My 13 month old has a cold and doesn’t want to eat anything but a few bites of yogurt or cheese. She is drinking milk like crazy and her poop shows that, so I’m not worried about her getting dehydrated as she’s drinking that and water but Just doesn’t want to eat.

Is this okay for the few days she will probably be sick or should I call the pediatrician? It’s a Sunday so I’d probably have to take her into urgent care. 🙁
