Medicating your child before a flight?
I’m about to get on my 13 month olds 8th flight in the past 6 months. A girl in the hotel we are at asked me if I “medicate” my son before flying. I was like “with what?” she replied “gravol, Benadryl?” And I responded with “I’ve never considered it”. And then it got me thinking...is this a common thing? Have you ever given your child a drug they didn’t necessary need to get them drowsy for a flight? Would you consider it?
I am not going to. Im not comfortable introducing a new drug to my child on a flight but it got me thinking. Is this common? What do you think of it...Is it ok? Is it wrong?
