Done feeling sorry for myself.
Yesterday after I got home from vacation and I stepped on to the scale and it said 205 😕 I've always struggled with my weight and felt sorry for myself, but I'm done. I'm going to do what I have to do to lose the weight. Do y'all have any suggestions on diets or exercises I can try?
