Kind of TMI

Does anyone have that longer extra “ball” of skin towards the bottom of their vagina? I’ve heard it’s part of the labia but I feel like I’m the only one who has it. Well anyways my vagina is really itchy and irritated especially that piece of skin. Any advice??
