Raised lines on tattoo?

My tattoo is almost a year old and for the first time the lines raised and they’re bumps. Should I be concerned because I’m 36 weeks pregnant? Is that what’s causing it ? Is it a weather thing?

I have multiple tattoos and I noticed the one on my forearm does that too. But only when it’s really hot. I have heard that sometimes weather can affect the lines, and make them raise a little

I had to get a steroid cream for mine. They randomly do this and get super itchy. My dermatologist said it’s a super mild allergic reaction basically and sometimes the heat/sweating can trigger my body to want to fight off the ink.

Sometimes my tattoos raise and itch a little. I think itsjust a natural response from your body recognizing a foreign substance. It doesnt reject or anything though and it goes away by the next day.

My thigh tattoo will rise randomly esp if I get a big bite near it. It could also be that the artist paled a lot of ink in the skin. Pretty sure it’s normal tho.
