can I use ovulation test strips at night?

I only received them in the mail this afternoon. can/should I start testing tonight (it's currently 9pm) I'm on cycle day 13. glow is telling me I ovulate in 3 days. flo is saying tomorrow. 
I have ovuplan strips

do 2 times a day, I do 10am and about 4/5pm. I try to not water down my urine and not pew for 3/4 hours so you get a good result. gl to you. your line has to match or be darker then the control line.

Yes!!! I test once a day (random times) until day 9 than test twice a day until my surge comes, usually around 10 am and 5 pm, just because they are easier times for me.

these last me a few cycles once I get to know when I ovulate. I can tell when my period ends and I get ewcm then I know within a few days that I'm going to ovulate. this was over 2 days. when I get close to matching the control line I do 10am ish and 4/5ish on a 3/4 hour per hold and you can see I got it on the left 24 hours after the right. gl girl

just took a test. the test line didn't even show up?!  is that normal for someone that's ment to be in their fertile week?
