irregular shaped sac

This last year has been full up ups and downs. After 15 months TTC, SO and I got a BFP in July last year. Unfortunately I had a MMC at 12w (baby had stopped growing at 9w) and was pushed to do a D&C; by the Dr and my husband (because Drs are always right). Shortly after the D&C; I had PID (common complication from D&C; I was told later) and inflammation in my left Fallopian tube. We kept TTC and then nothing happened for another 6 months. HSG showed that both my Fallopian tubes were blocked because of the complication from the D&C.; We were told IVF is our best option. I cried and cried and we started looking at IVF clinics and talking with REs.

Three months later I got a BFP!!!

Because of my history, I had to do an early US to rule out ectopic. The US showed an irregular shaped sac. The Dr sent me home with a “it’s too early to conclude anything” but from the experiences I’ve read online, It looks like I’ll have another miscarriage.

I’m devastated.

Sorry for the long post, I just needed to rant. 😔
