Confused and worried

Hi ladies.

So my partner did a sperm test a few weeks back and been told that they wasn’t any trace of sperm. So we’ve both been referred to the hospital for further tests to get to the problem. They’ve said it could be down to his lifestyle or could be a medical problem.

Have any ladies had this problem and still ended having a baby?

We’ve had a appointment come through from the hospital but not sure what to expect. Do you know how long this could take until we get answers and what our options are
