High HCG

Just got off the phone with the nurse! Told her I had 3 positive tests and one was digital. I’m going to get blood work done to test my level of HCG tomorrow. She said since I got a clear positive at 3w2d that I could actually be further along if my level is high... or multiples. I’m kind of nervous! I could be like 6 weeks and didn’t know I was pregnant because I had a “period” 3 weeks ago. She said some women will bleed like a period but actually be pregnant. Anyone else have that happen where they were further along than they thought? Or had twins?
