Working Out After 5 Back Spasms

I’m scared to start working out again because when I first started working out again I lost almost 5 lbs by week 4 but then I had a massive back spasm and it totally stopped me and scared me. Then when I came back from Italy I had another one. Then in the last 2 weeks I have had 3. It’s been about a week and i am ok and ready to get back on track but I’m scared I will have another one and get kicked off my good streak again. Any advice?
