Tailbone pain?

I’m almost 11 weeks and I am having tailbone pain. It’s only when I move in certain directions, but it seems way too early to have this aches and pains. Looking for anyone who has had this/found relief.  It looks like it’s a “normal” symptom when I look online, I just dont know if it will pass or if I have it to look forward to for the rest of my pregnancy. Thanks!

I got them because my pelvic floor muscles were too tight and were pulling on the junction between my tailbone and my sacrum... I sit in a donut all the time at work now.
Try to sit properly and stretch your butt muscles (pigeon stretch)

i had this since 9 weeks. currently 10 +3. I notice i had it after a few hours of standing up or siting i weird position. what help me is the cat cow yoga position and lying on my back with a pillow under my knees. tried to sit with your legs up as much as you can. rest is the best thing you can do!

Probably the rest...sorry to be honest. And if you have a vaginal delivery it may hurt even longer. I bruised mine badly delivering my son and it hurt until he was 9 months old! 😫
