Burning lady parts

Anyone else get this awful burning feeling like your vagina is ripping open when baby kicks a certain way? My girl is breech with her feet first so I don’t know if that’s why but I get these awful kicks that make it feel like my vagina is legit being ripped open. It’s not the stinging lightening crotch (I’ve had my fair share of that too). Just hoping others are getting it too, I’m terrified of a foot popping out, every time I’ve called my doctor about contractions or anything they aren’t very helpful or concerned. 36 weeks 4 days
