Taking Prometrium (Estrogen) while Ovulating or 2 days before?

So I’ve had 5 miscarriages over the last 15 years and I am 37 TTC. The doc’s think it’s my hormones and blood clotting factor so I’m on Low Dose Aspirin and have Prometrium (Progesterone) to take. I had my first cycle and now we’re going to try again this month! So my question is: what have all your diff doctors said about using Prometrium (Progesterone) during ovulation, or 2 days before ovulation. Or what’s worked for y’all to keep a baby’s heartbeat into a successful pregnancy?
