What should I think?

Hi everyone. I am a little lost on what to think. I was feeling nauseous and having abdominal pains. Then my cycle started 5 days late and lasted 3 days. Went to the er and was told I have a uti. Found out I was 117. Went back to the er 4 days later for the pain and nausea and the dr said I had bacteria vaginosis and I was 114. Urine preg test said no. Here it is a week later and I am back nauseous again. I woke up from a nap and I had spotting. Sorry for the picture but I can't tell what color it is. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
