Ovulation pain?

Had a cramping feeling on the left side today.... Lasted about 30 minutes....  Clear blue digital opks are giving flashing smiley (high fertility).  Tested again after the pain and same result.  
Never felt ovulation pain before.  Is it possible that it’s ovulation pain?

I’m new to actively TTC but have been tracking in detail for a few months. I am ALWAYS super crampy during my entire fertility window. I get pain on both sides and in the middle.

I get ovulation pain every month, always on the right side, always lasts a couple days on and off. it usually hits peak fertility on day 2 of the pain. try tomorrow

Yes! I have PCOS and do not ovulate unless I’m on Metformin. I’ve never felt ovulation pain before until last month when I first started taking Metformin!
