Help Pain During Sex

About a week and half ago I went to hard pleasuring myself to the point of bleeding and feeling a sting whenever I peed that day after another day or two I feel fine no stinging no pain. I get my period after another day everything is still normal no pain no stinging. Period comes and gone finally after all that time my boyfriend and I finally have sex nothing rough just normal but I start to have pain. After we’re done I go to pee and feel that stinging again. Idk why I’m having pain during sex. There’s no bleeding either.
