Heart burn relief/remedies???

What other remedies besides drinking milk and taking tums do you ladies know for heart burn?? Thanks in advance!

Zantac 150- the mint tablet...it’s the only thing that would remotely work for my heartburn

lime popsicles!! it sounds crazy, but it works.

I’ve heard that drinking milk is actually NOT helpful long term! I know I still do it regularly bc it’s a quick fix (and I just like milk 🤷‍♀️) but apparently it can increase the amount of acid in your stomach making things worse. 
Anything that helps stretch out your esophagus as much as possible should help (yoga, elevating pillows at night, etc).
