Does anyone else ever have this?

Like once and a while I’ll have this god awful pain in my kidneys and I’m like yep imma die. The pain goes away after 2-3 minutes. Does anyone else have this? If so where in your body do you feel this absolutely awful pain? Lmao I’m probably dehydrated can’t remember the last time I drank water...

Water,water,water,water,and MORE WATER. Not judging at alllll but if you can't remember the last time you drink water that is not healthy for your body at all. Your body needs water. I have terrible kidney problems and I can barley drink a sprite or a glass of tea without getting a kidney infection so I drink water 24/7. And when I get kidney infections it's like a pulsating pain that happens at random times then gradually gets worse and more frequent till that's all I feel and it doesn't go away till I go to the er. Please please please drink more water!
