Tongue piercing?

I just want some tips. Any tips or pointers are helpful. Also, I want a way I can make my tongue piercing less visible considering I’m a singer and with the choir I’m in, it would not be look at as “appropriate”. But yeah, anything about tongue piercings because I’m looking forward to get one.

I've had mine for a little over a year and I love it. The pain (to me) feels like when you accidentally bite your tongue x10. But it really wasn't terrible. I honestly started eating normal immediately, just avoid spicy foods. Ibuprofen is your friend! As far as hiding it goes, you can buy clear acrylic tongue rings on Amazon. But do not remove the barbell that the piercer puts in until it has healed! my tongue felt "normal again" in about 2.5-3 weeks.
