Depo Shot - Mood Swings

ive been one the depo shot for about 5 months now and ive been having horrible mood swings and i feel like ive developed a ‘bipolar disorder.’ sounds stupid but i feel likes it’s true, i constantly get irritated or feel depressed and i have been for quite a while now, since before the shot but its a lot stronger now.

anyway, whenever i get these sudden mood swings such as becoming angry or upset, i feel myself wanting to become violent such as wanting to throw things and my mood changes within seconds from angry to a sad or to a depressive state. i go from wanting to be violent to wanting to die so suddenly.

anyways, my point or question is have any of you ladies experienced this ? if so, what have you done to ‘treat’ it?
