lining my eyes👀👀👀👀
I'm looking for recommendations for a lower lid eye liner that doesnt smear, stays on especially if my eyes get watery.
I end up with a mess when I use a pencil, I'm using the cheap ones I guess.
Also when I line my top lid and curl my lashes i still end up with a gap where the red arrow is (image below). i figure I'm suppose to tight line that area, but pencil gets messy.
