Please help guys

Last Wednesday I started noticing some discomfort down there but it wasn’t to bad and my boyfriend had just finger banged me pretty hard so I thought it was just from that. Then I started noticing some blood and it didn’t stop hurting it burns to pee and it fucking itchesss so bad! I just waited it out a little to see if it would go away. On Sunday I got some UTI meds and some cream to shoot up there but tbh it don’t seem like it’s working. I have a huge fear of getting up on the table and letting someone look in my vag so I’m gonna avoid that as long as possible. But does anyone know what could be wrong with me?
