Asking employer to go from full time to part time because I’m getting a new job?

Sorry, I’ve been posting a lot of job questions in here. If this is the wrong place just let me know ☺️ i currently work from home full time. I’m looking for a new job (just ready for a change) but wouldn’t mind keeping my current job part time cause it’s super easy. I’m not sure how to approach this to my manager if I do get a job offer. I work in the healthcare industry so I know they need the help and losing me completely would be hard on the company. Thanks for the advice!
