Help! Follicle Scan. How does it look???

Question

I had my 2nd ultrasound to look at my follicles. How do they look. I’ve been on meds since Monday of last week and still on them. 
FYI: that largest number on my left ovary is a complex cyst.

Looks positive. They are moving in the right direction. I had a scan on Friday and a scan on Monday. They had grown - a lot!!! in 3 days! so things can move quickly. my hospital look for follicles over 16mm. The top picture is my first scan since starting stims, the bottom is my second scan yesterday. I triggered last night and got egg collection tomorrow. good luck x

When do they want to trigger? I think you are aiming for above 18mm. Looks like to are showing good progress.
