I'm going insane - HELP

AF is now 29 days late. I haven't tested again in weeks, but all hpts were negative and blood work from doc was negative 2 weeks ago. I have a transvaginal ultrasound scheduled for this Friday, and more blood work on Saturday. What is messing with me is I keep having some AF symptoms, sore back, sore breasts, bloating, constipation, cramping, etc - yet she is nowhere to be seen. I have no idea what is going on and I'm really starting to freak out. Has anyone gone through something like this? What was the outcome?
