1 week old

Couple questions-

1. My 1 week old seems to have caught my cold, her nose is stuffy no cough or fever yet. What should I give her if anything. We have an appointment Friday with the pediatrician.

2. How much did you 1 week old eat, and sleep. I feel like she eats and then wants to go back to bed right away. How do I get her to stay awake for a little bit before going back to bed.

3. Also her skin seems really dry, I put lotion on everyday but it doesn’t seem to help.

Just looking for other moms opinions. Sometimes they have better advise then the pediatrician.
