Please help
I’ve been sleeping on my left side with a pregnancy pillow for a few weeks and it is killing my hip. I wake up in so much pain. And now a ligament in my hip feels messed up, I don’t know how to explain the feeling but I don’t know how I’m supposed to do this for 14 more weeks. I’m scared to sleep on my right side or my back but I’m in so much pain. Anyone have any tips on how to sleep on my left more comfortably?
